Paul Goodno - Everything

4 Track Jones (4tj) is a musical renaissance of style, sound, and creativity. 4tj is a unique hybrid of various musical directions that blend seamlessly into a folk / alternative / punk creation. 4tj is the vision of musical maestro Paul Goodno. Mr. Goodno first entered the local music scene of Traverse City, Michigan under the hip-hop alias Pauly G. As Pauly G, Mr. Goodno first began laying down musical beats, experimenting with vocal techniques, and alternative-engineering styles that would be the basis for his future ground breaking records. After a few years in the growing hip hop scene, Paul grew tired of the limitations of pre-programmed music, and left hip-hop to pursue the underground acoustic folk rock movement. Playing gigs for his friends at Central Michigan University, Paul’s sound and confidence grew along with his loyal fan base.

Once again feeling the need to expand his sound, 4tj took the next musical step by introducing electrical guitars, bass, and drums. With the new “line up” complete, the framework for 4tj’s unique style was set. Taking elements from his early hip-hop days, fusing them with the songwriting skills of folk rock, and injecting a liberal dose of punk attitude, 4tj has pioneered a new era of musical flavor.
